La Grange an old coach house in the grounds of an 18th Century Manor was recently converted for family holidays and graded as *** from Préfecture de La Manche. Within 3 minutes walk is a Boulangerie Pâtisserie and E.LECLERC super market.
The ground floor has been designed for people with reduced mobility or needing to use a wheelchair. It has a spacious family room with kitchen/dining area and seating area to read, play board games and watch English or French TV (DVD Player and board games are provided).
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and meals can be easily be prepared to eat outside on the patio in the summer. A utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a small freezer for frozen items and ice creams.
Twin bedroom with a shower room with basin and WC, designed for those with reduced mobility or in a wheelchair is also on the ground floor.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms, two twin bedrooms, double room and a single room. There is a bathroom and a shower room, both have showers, basins and WCs and a separate WC with basin and there are two storage cupboards.
There is an enclosed garden with a BBQ, tables & chairs, a gazebo. Table tennis and other sports equipment is provided and can be made available on request.
In winter periods heating is included, downstairs has under floor heating and upstairs each radiator is thermostatically controlled for your comfort.
