Prices for all Seasons are in Euros.
The Central Heating and Electricity are included in the rates for all dates.
Minimum stay is 3 nights and maximum is 3 weeks unless by prior arrangement.
Special Price for two people only using the Ground Floor during the Winter months October to March. Heating is included, please contact us.
In the Budget or Low Seasons the first floor can be closed off for those who just want one double bedroom and all the ground floor facilities, a special price can be offered depending on the dates required.
The ground floor has under floor heating and upstairs rooms and landing have radiators with thermostats, and the bathrooms heated towel rails. The hot water is assisted by Solar Panels
Change over days are flexible and subject to availability. The dates of the Budget, Low Medium, High and Peak Seasons are on the Availability Chart. If your booking has two rates we will adjust the rates accordingly.
From 1st January 2010 an Accommodation Tax (Taxe Sejour) has been introduced for all persons over 18 years by the Office of Tourism for Carentan. The current rate is €0.65 per person per night and must be paid on arrival in Euros (€). This tax has been introduced by the Office of Tourism in order to maintain and provide better facilities for Tourists visiting the Cotentin area.
A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 8 weeks prior.
A Security Deposit of €350 per week is payable in advance and will be refunded should there be no breakages. For English clients the owners would accept, with prior agreement, the Security Deposit in GBP.
